Rude on the phone. Apparently you can call in orders anymore. Won't Matter now. Had a coupon 3 12s for 17 or something got steak, ham, and they worst meatball sub ever missed up sauces and pretty sure shot a meatball with ranch, I was told he wanted, dressing on it. I like ranch but it just was horrible. We probably won't go here against

The worst customer service I have ever had. The host ID number is 6756498934673732 or 6756498834673732. It was was at 7221 9 Mile Rd warren michigan. When my daughter and I went in we interrupted her eating chips and she never said hello or anything and she was very aggressive towards or food by slamming it down and sighing that we are bothering her. There was more but we will never go back. Do yourself a favor and stay away

Went to this subway on my way to work. I stood there almost 8 minutes before the girl at the register called for Austin to come out of the back and help he. He put his finger up for me to wait. I asked the young lady at the register did I come at a bad time. She called for Austin again and he still made me wait. I finally just walked out without being waited on. Another couple walked in as I was walking out and they walked out also. Definitely will not return to that establishment. Thank you Austin!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible…walked into the subway just to get told…there’s a 15 minute wait, we’re completely DoorDash…So you gotta wait…Just close the doors so no customers can walk in! Some folks need to get in and out.

Staff was nice and funny, had a great conversation while we waited for the food to get done. They were made very nice and neat and taste delicious! The place was not crowded and clean. Will definitely be back!

The staff were bright and bubbly. And the food was good. I'd definitely recommend checking this subway out over the others.

It was an uncomfortable experience for sure. They were clearly having problems with the register and we had to pay cash, fine. I pulled my cash out which included about 12 $1 bills and a few $5 bills. The woman making my sandwich kept saying “you must be a stripper”! After several times, she tried to pull the “just kidding” but said it again so clearly not kidding. You are rude, unprofessional and SLOPPY. Get yourself together!
