Domino's Pizza Wagga Wagga

Friendly Customer service. An extremely busy store with many deliveries heading out the door while we waited. Very efficient and wait time was about 10 minutes for our Pizza and Garlic Bread order to be ready. The entrance door needs attention... I think it had fallen of the runner as it was very, very difficult to slide. *CUSTOMER SAFETY ISSUE Dining area was clean with hand sanitiser available. A large range of chilled drinks available.

The worst dominos ever. Ordered some food on the 24/05/2022 around 12.30pm. Went there to pick up our order but the lady refused to give us our food when we paid the full price. We did not have time to argue and had to leave coz we had a business meeting and gave them a call around 1.10pm to make a complaint but the woman who answered the phone accused me saying she gave us our food when she did not give us our food and hang up on us. Very rude woman. Called her back a few times but she refused to answer. Called them again in 5 minutes time then she answered the phone and i requested to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager when she was not THE MANAGER 😱😱😱😱😱😱 So ended up talking to the manager after finding out she was not the manager. Even the manager accused us that we took our food when we did not. Gladly he said they have a surveillance camera and he started threatening us saying they have the footage and still saying we took our food and lying. told him i was relieved and happy to bring a police officer with us, then he checked the surveillance camera and said we could come back get our food after the woman and the manager who worked on the 24th of may/ 2022 around 12.50 accusing us of stealing food from them or something. They did not even say sorry for their mistakes and behaviours. You have the worst customer care ever. Never going back there again.

Poor management and customer service. Ryan who is apparently the store manager fo the day was arrogant and disrespectful. He admitted making a mistake by not delivering the full order but had not curtesy to fix it. Usually the experience with dominos has been pleasant so it will be unfair to blame Dominos because it’s directly linked to poor decision by the manager. Guys please check your order carefully.

My order was delivered to a different address so I rang them up only for the manager on duty “Jay/ Jake” to claim that I had rang them to change my delivery address! It’s extremely unprofessional blaming me for your couriers mistake and acting like I want to rob you off $18 dollars pizza! Wouldn’t recommend!

Fast service. Up to date restaurant. Service could do with a smile and wouldn't hurt to be nice. Pizza was mediaocka. Yes tasted alright, and the base was tasty, but as toppings were very minimal (not one per slice), and toppings were at least 6cm from crust edges. Chicken kickers were JUST cooked, had to recook myself. Thought i would give them one last chance. So heres an updated review. I recieved nothing shy of appalling customer service, with sub standard food. Better off spending money elsewhere!

I ordered a sundae and was given something that was for all intents and purposes brown milk. I had to ask for a spoon, in which the staff member then blew a bit of dust of it before giving it to me!! Asked for a replacement, and they tried to give me the exact same thing only like the one before. I then ordered a custard puff, which came out looking nothing like the picture. Staff have no idea what they are doing, lack basic food hygiene practises, and the shop was filthy. That was their last chance. While I was there, there were 2 other complaints
