Drive thru. Service took forever. They seem to always be short handed. Not good when your trying to get to work.

It was 1pm. Only one young girl working....and she was hopping!! Long line at the drive thru. She didn't hear me come in. I was quiet so when she was near I said Good Morning. I only needed a donut so she helped me quickly to get back to the drive thru. It was a tough situation handled well. Kudos to the lone worker in charge!!

I go here every morning for my coffee! I pass 3 dunkins on my way to work, but this location is amazing! The staff is a bunch of beautiful souls! So polite ,helpful, quick to get your order up , and they are always smiling!! They even know my coffee by heart because I come in so much ! Keep up the good work guys and gals!! The crew at this Dunkin is Top Notch! I've tried every Dunkin in the Waukegan/Zion/Gurnee Area and this one is simply the best! I drive past all other Dunkins in the Area and out of my way to use this store! Great Job to the Manager and Crew! Thanks for Starting my Mornings Off Right!
