Panda Express

Horrible experience. Please note I post very few negative reviews. Zero plans to go back. I walked in at 8:33 and walked out at 8:53. Waited in line for 20 minutes with only six people ahead of me. There were literally seven staff members sitting there. So there was more staff than customers. By the time I got to the front all the teriyaki chicken was gone and she told me they would start more. The same lady that was walking around as the manager, drinking her soda, and not helping while the line just kept getting longer. When I walked out of the store with no food the line had now 16 people. I post very few negative reviews. This was just an awful experience.

It wasn't busy during that time but yet they're still confusion. I only wanted a bowl but they prefer or think I say plate because I was wearing my mask. The lady at the cashier had very good customer service and a guy was understandable and reasonable why it was hard for me to get the order right. I think at this time I'm the bad customer and they was trying the best due to the fact that they can't understand people wearing the mask. FYI some the customer wasn't wearing it.

disappointed. My boyfriend just left your store entirely instead of getting his meal because you guys only gave him ONE Teriyaki sauce packet. Im sure it wasn't that serious and you could've given him more. He likes to put the sauce on his rice too so it's just stupid to keep condiments from your own customers. Makes no sense. Figure it out Panda corporate. This is a time to try and bring in your customers with more bang for their buck.... Being stingy and refusing them will only keep you off their minds when they have more money to spend.
