Zacadoo's On Baytree

I been getting this breakfast in a cup for the last three weeks and its been great. So i get up on a Saturday and go get for the whole fam. Ordered five of them and got home and there was barely a serving of egg or sausage between all 5. Very disappointing. So I say something about it the next time i roll through there and the girl says no problem. Order my breakfast in a cup got home and had a very, very small amount of sausage and egg in the cup. Again, very disappointing. I gave them a chance and blew it. Slap in the face for me saying something. Shame on me. Well, you won't have to worry about pleasing me any longer. I can make this breakfast in a cup a lot cheaper and more consistent than they can and so I will. Watch out as I may just open a Jackadoos!

I wanted to try there chicken biscuit and when opened the wrapper the biscuit was half done. When I called back up there to speak with someone about it I was told that the manager approved for the biscuits to be that way 😳 so you’re serving people half done biscuits? Zacadoo’s please do better with this!

Unbelievable how this place has changed. I get that we are still in the throes of a pandemic, but we are two years into it now. Enough time to figure out a way to successfully operate. New prices are unreasonably high. The two slaw dog combo over 7 dollars now. Two dogs with slaw, small fries and a small drink. And both of the slaw dogs were on buns that had been squeezed to hard inedible dry pieces of bread. Seriously, like someone had squeezed them as hard as they could. The dogs were hard as well. This easily could have been yesterday's hot dogs being served today after being microwaved. My wife and I both are shocked at the quality of the food. Won't go back.
