The service here is always pleasent , the food is always good when we have ordered. Goto is the new crispy chicken sandwich

I arrived at 6 for my 6pm online pick up of a family sized chicken strip meal and waited 15 minutes with a crowd of other pick up people. When I did get my order they had forgotten my chicken. They gave me biscuits instead. I couldn't get anyone by phone so I complained online and have gotten no answer after 2 weeks.

Staff was rocking! Super quick and friendly, and accommodating for our big family with 7 kids. Dining area and bathrooms were very clean. Food was amazing!

Always have no Pepsi, no ice. What a dump how can you run out of what you sell?? Happens all the time
Plus their prices are 25% higher than Rome or New Hartford store.

The last three times we have gone to this KFC we find out when we get home that they have not given us an item. Also today the size of the chicken has gone mini… I have never had a piece of chicken so small ever. This will be the last time I go to KFC. I do not recommend.

I like kfc but I just don't like when they changed there batter for the chicken. It was way better back in the day
