The service and employees were patient and helpful. Gave their input on certain options and helped you to choose the bets choice. Environment was clean and the time it took to order and then get your food was a reasonable time. The only thing I could say slightly bad would be that the bathroom is always closed or out of service. The food, service and employees were very good.

Horrible customer service . Around 9 am I ordered 2 small hot coffee with caramel swirl and cream. I even tipped the cashier. I asked them if I could use the washroom , they start gossiping about me . After testing the coffee , I wanted one more pump of caremel swirl to one middle age Bengali lady.. Her behavior was very rude. She didn’t give me anything and said I’ve to pay 40 cents extra . She was very rude . I would not recommend anyone to go there.

If I can give them 0 stars I will. They were supposed to close at 7:00 PM and I was there at 6:05 PM. I wanted to order a coffee but they closed the door on me, even tho the person in there saw me. Wasted my time walking to their store. So annoying!!!!!

How can you go wrong with a Dunkin’ in a gas station that has slot machines “for entertainment purposes only”? The coffee was nice and fresh and the donuts looked likewise. I ordered on the go and it was waiting for me when I got in there. All you can ask for. Make sure you try their rotating offerings on the special brews. Right now I believe its Guatemalan. Bold, rich, and fresh

Bagels are not fresh, within minutes of buying a bagel part of it was hard and tough to eat….total waste of my money

This is one of the worst dunking donuts next to the one in West Philly. They are super slow and blame it on staffing even though there are often four behind the counter. Don't go here if you have some place to be. On the plus side they are not rude.

This location is not good. Stale donuts and staffing issues. Give them a little while to get it together again before you visit.
