Staff was Incredibly hospitable! Let them know it was my 1st visit to a Whataburger. Oddly enough both I and one crew member went to Marion Harding High School (Go Prexies) and both wound up in TX that day which happened to be my birthday! Food was hot a delicious, shakes were Fantastic but bot too thick to clog the straw. Friendliest crew I've had the pleasure to be served by. Hi fives for everyone recommend raises and PTO. Thanks for making my birthday memorable! Tasty, quick made to order and Incredibly friendly.

I came to this location when I was on my way back home from Tyler getting my Hyundai serviced. I ordered breakfast and the man that took my order was the general manager Mario Smith. I was greeted with a SMILE, friendliness and with top notch customer service. That's more than I can say for most restaurants these days! I have a Whataburger in my home town and the service is NOTHING close to this friendly. The restaurant was immaculate when I walked in as well. Very clean! I was very pleased and will definitely return when I'm back in town. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

This is the worst whataburger of all. Staff is rude, loud and manager just looks and walks by 50 minute wait for food. Even late night, don’t ever go during late night unless u wanna waste gas and end up paying 15 for a meal and 100 worth of gas for trip there and back

We had a rather large group. Tayla was the young lady that took our order. She was very professional and nice. Our food came out very quickly and the entire order was correct.

Whataburger is a favorite. The young lady at the register was very nice; she later came and asked if we needed refills. Food was just the way it is supposed to be, hot and fresh!

Food is always cold, the kitchen staff is always loud and disrespectful. The manager really needs to stay on his job to keep customers from complaining
