First visit here, and was impressed. Really liked their flavor teas. Great friendly employees, clean establishment (except for at the end of lunch there was a ton of plates stacked up on trash can) Tried the grilled Mac & cheese, it was very tasty with some crunchy cheese breading inside. Will be back again to try more.

I ordered the blt and macaroni and as soon as I sat down I noticed a 7 inch hair in my sandwich. They replaced the sandwich. But didn't offer a comp or anything else for having hair in my food. I usually love Panerai but this experience has definetly put a bad taste in my mouth

The wife and I had a late lunch there today. Sat out on the patio. Very nice, good food.

Visited my son who works here while attending UT Tyler. Very clean restaurant, friendly management team. I always get the tomato basil soup no matter which location but I tried the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich which was really good! I highly recommend this Panera Bread.

Love the variety of food options available here. There is a great selection of bakery items that are all delicious. The healthy/vegetarian/vegan options available here are wonderful! If you are looking for healthy options this is a great choice. Their coffee is also good. The hazelnut coffee is amazing, and the cold brew is really good! Love the frozen cold brew drinks here!

We really enjoy coming to this Panera. The food is spot on. We came on a Sunday and got great service. This place has food that is absolutely delicious. It varies sometimes but the pizzas are wonderful and the soups and salads are wonderful. Definitely recommend coming in!

It used to be at Panera bread and had good reasonably priced coffee but now it's like $3 or something that really sucks. I have not tried any food items except bagels. I would have given them a 3 star but it's not the same as years pass.

I’m giving 2 starts because at least the food was ok. Worst service at the window . The girl obviously didn’t want to be there. Nearby options are Jason’s deli , chick fil a , actually anywhere would probably provide a friendlier experience. I order the pick two and didn’t get my sides.
