Pj Subs

Subs are delicious. I got the Best Damn Turkey Sub and the flavors were combined very well. Ordered the large but it could have been even bigger for my tastes (if you are on the greedy side). The barman/waiter was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of, (this was a Sunday a little before closing so there weren't too many customers). Not sure how it is during rush hour. The $2 local beer drafts on Sundays wasn't a bad deal either. I'd say it is a quaint, cozy, local bar/sub spot.

Drifting through town and caught this place out of the corner of my eye. Glad I stopped. The bar & conversation easily lived up to the outside decor. My order, a Club Sandwich, was solid; Nothing extravagant, just well made & tasty. Everybody seemed welcome, but with “Sarcasm Served All Day” (sign posted behind the bar) PJ’s may not be for everyone. … I’m looking forward to my next visit, though, and if you like kitch & quirk & sarcasm, you may may enjoy a visit, too. Check ‘em out 👍 Ps. Being on-call I couldn’t enjoy any of the tasty looking beers on tap, but the ice tea was plenty good to wash my sandwich down 🍻😺

not worth the money and for them to have a sub listed as. "The best Damn turkey sub periord" is far from the truth and we got the large looked like a small blan nothing special your better off getting getting subway it was not worth $30 we need up not eating half of the food cause we couldn't do it anymore

The place was pretty uninviting. Maybe they are going through renovation, I'm not to sure. Place looked like a storage unit inside, took 35 minutes to get my sub, Even though I was the only one there waiting on food. Once my food arrived, the fries was hot and my hot sub was like warm. My sub was decent otherwise. Next time I come back to Tucson for work, I'll try a different place.
