Wait time with nobody in front of you can be 10 minutes. Coffee quality is very inconsistent. I had to start ordering through the app when I leave my house in order for my coffee to be done when I get there. Today was the last straw! My coffee was horrible. I ordered the same coffee from the Dunkin’ in Troy and it was much better. Save yourself some time and money and find a Dunkin’ that cares about quality and service.

bee/wasp problem. there was even a dead wasp in a cup I was interested in purchasing. tiny parking lot, no drive thru, and understaffed.

No drive threw and very small seating capacity. Very fast and very friendly staff.

Terrible service,waited in line for 5 mins with no one in front of me. Then as people came in they'd skipped me and began taking other peoples orders.

Coffees GREAT, always the way I like it! 2nd time I’ve purchased a hard stale muffin and donuts aren’t fresh. Will stick to just coffee. Parking is horrible. Younger staff greet you with a smile and are friendly!
