I ordered 5 large fries. I was told it'd be 5-10 minutes, I said it's all good. Not a big deal to wait especially since I only ordered the fries and a box combo. Get home to find I got 5 "large" fries half way filled. We were clearly looking forward to the fries. That's basically all I ordered and they were half or less filled. Effing disappointment.

Went here on Easter Sunday. Have not been to KFC in years. The chicken was good, but the biscuit was still raw and very under cooked. Can't believe that they were serving them like that.

Not t a good experience. I waited over 35 minutes and asked for my money back. I walked in to order. The drive thru window was getting their orders quickly, but my order was ignored. The kept saying they were waiting for chicken and yet the drive up orders are being fulfilled. Some of the Uber eats types were getting mad about the bad, slow response, it appeared they had a full staff, but not efficient. I'm only adding 1 star in order to post

In this location they keep the receipts so the employees put in this website there own remake but the service is terrible, the soda they fill it up only 3/4 not where it should be, they don't give the chocolate cookie, SO CHECK YOUR ORDER

IF THEY MARK MORE MONEY and you have proff

Stopped for take out, their cole slaw is really good, but check your order, I ordered a 3 piece, when got home, there were only 2 pieces. Always check your orders to go.

They made us pull up and “wait by the red poll” for 10 min big surprise Food was cold. Bad service and clearly the employees are racist against anyone that’s not black.

I don't know what is going on at this KFC, but something is wrong! The coleslaw has a funny taste, the mash potatoes are translucent. This is NOT the quality KFC I expect. Horrible service, never get your order correct. Not even worth complaining about it to the manager. The Crenshaw Location in Torrance is the worst!

Don't get me wrong love KFC but , come on just about every time something is missing . This time is was coleslaw. I spent almost 70.00 I would think the oder could be right. I know it just coleslaw but over time this adds up.
