WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO! Went thru drive-thru this evening. Waited in line 19 minutes for one sandwich. Got tired of waiting and went inside to demand my money back, of which they told me a manager was not there and could not refund me. Got sandwich home. The picture shows the toppings at the bottom of the bag ,which is how they served it. Bread was so hard, couldn't fathom attempting to chew it.... which I didn't ,convinced they had spit in it.
No explanation why the wait was so long . No incentive to come back ,offering no comp on order. No apology. No nothing.
Every single person in that place needs to be fired I will never go back again.

Subway's notorious staffing situation speaks volumes. I like their concept and I always enjoy a sandwich there. I suggest that they pay a living wage and split the difference between customers paying 50 cents more and CEO and shareholders shouldering the rest of the difference.

Awful service. I was there at 12:08. I ordered my sandwich at the drive through and then when I got to the window the guy said he just isn't ready to be open so he is going to cancel my order. I asked why sincerely the sign says they open at 11. He said he just isn't ready. He also canceled the orders for the 3 cars behind me. No food at this subway

Unbelievably rude staff. The blonde girl who checked us out had another employee pull her phone out of her back pocket and then proceed to get on her phone while wrapping my husbands sandwich and taking our payment.

I swear this subway employees are a bunch of worthless, lazy, walking around like zombies, seeing that there is a lot of costumers, instead of picking up the pace of work to a higher speed. They are like idiots without any motivation. This kids now days . Wow

Way to expensive. Truthfully, i will likely communicate to my immediate family to avoid subway until they provide competitive pricing compared to other fast food.

This location is by far the Most Customer Oriented Subway in the Topeka Area! It's managed well, kept clean & stocked, the staff always seems to be polite & willing to make the order according to the GUESTS desires!
The newly hired crew is very enjoyable & eager to learn.
Hopefully the dine-in hours & the in-store ordering hours will start going beyond 3 - 4pm & closed on weekends as the drive thru & online ordering, lack options! They aren't detailed enough to complete an order without causing an error!
