Went by today (Sunday 3-27-22) and they weren’t open. Afraid they have closed for good. Being open only on Sat & Sun would make it difficult to sustain inventory and motivation so I’m not surprised - just a bit saddened. Giving them 5 stars for the food and atmosphere while they were open.

Having just recently moved to Topeka, we are still finding the niches. This place was excellent. Food was delicious and service was top notch. We have found our favorite place for breakfast.

It was OK. Nothing special. Kind of felt like we were in the way. The waitress is nice but no overly excited about being there. The food was bland but you have to consider who normally comes in there.

The food is what you would expect from your typical American dinner. Freshly made comfort food...yum! The service was outstanding and very welcoming to all. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars... the atmosphere. It really needs a makeover but just a deep cleaning would help tremendously.

A really good mom&pop operation. Great food, prices are super good. A must try when in the area. You won't be disappointed with the food.

This is a nice little cafè. They make really good food, and have daily specials but....
1.They close earlier than most resterant's.
2. The staff gets a little testy if you get there late, as they're trying to clean up and go home. And...
3. While the food IS really good, it lacks some of the really distinct flavor that I would expect. It's a little bland.
However, I've always had great service, enjoyed the food, and walked away full so most things can be forgiven.
If you give them a try, you won't walk completely satisfied, but you won't walk away hungry either!

Oh this place is so, so good. A small, local home cooking Cafe. Get there early. It fills up fast. But the food is just great. And the staff so, so nice. Check it out! I had ham, eggs, oh my those fried potatoes, and an amazing English muffin. Great spot!

If you miss the feeling of going into your mom or grandma's kitchen, To a nice warm plate of food. 2 eggs, bacon, toast, fried potatoes and onions this is the place to eat!. And the smell of coffee in the air 🤤
I have only gone here once but I will sure be back! Great service. Wonderful little waiter. And great food!
