Subway

Generally a good experience here, but this particular time, last Wednesday evening, the gentleman who was working took at least 5 minutes to put gloves on. The lady working with him started our order because he was taking so long. Another person came in and when he asked what the new signature subs included, neither person knew what they were or what was included. Took longer than usual to get our subs, I hope I don't encounter the male employee again... I'd probably just leave.

We just went to Subway here in Tomahawk and ordered subs. Very impressed with new staff and manager. The place is clean and neat, cookies are filled, and soda fridge was full. Awesome service, smiles on all their faces! We never get cookies but with it being full, they all looked so good, so we got cookies too! New staff is “rocking’ it!” Lori & Craig

Decided to go there on lunch ordered a steak and cheese with bacon I asked them to microwave it for me after I had added everything that I wanted by the time I got out to my car and took a bite out of the sandwich it was really cold and the bacon was hard as a rock... They also did not wear gloves which really bothered me considering they work with food Unpleasant experience and I won't be back to that location

Don't bother asking for what you want on you're sandwich, cause they won't give you what you want. I even said please charge me extra. They said no, we don't know when we will get a delivery for supplies. This is for extra pickles! Not asking for extra meat which they don't put on anyway! If this goes to the Tomahawk store, that's great! I'm not coming back until it changes! If this comment goes to corporate, WONDERFUL! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE TOMAHAWK WISCONSIN STORE! Maybe they spend to much time outside smoking!

The three ladies on the floor working on this lovely afternoon were completely rude. My crew and I went out to our truck and one of my guys said did they seem a little rude to you while we were in there and the manager walking past in the middle of lunch rush threw her cigarette at our work vehicle and walked back inside.
