This has historically been my least favorite local Dunkin, and unfortunately the one that's closest to where I live. I avoided it for years, and still do. However, for what it's worth, on the rare occasions that I have stopped recently, it's been slightly better.

There was no line, which is always great. The sandwiches took longer than expected to make, but they were really good.

Decent selection of warm donuts. Actually seems better than other Dunkin'Donuts shops, likely due to the friendly and accommodating staff. Not as good as Rhode Island Homemade Donuts or Allies Donuts.

I drive past 3 other Dunkin's to get to this one. It seems to be the only one that can get an order right lol.

I only go to certain ones because they can only make my frozen coffee perfectly thank you so much

Ok I like this D.D. But when I ask for a REGULAR, medium Ice coffee and I get NO SUGAR. And I gave you a tip. Come on guys step up your game or get new headphones 🎧. That's the the second time. So bring it D.D.
