Subway

I've been up to this store 4 since it opened. I live in hollinger's island in the community. Every time I've been up here I've had a horrible experience. The last 2 pics is the sandwich I got. When I came directly out the store and took the pictures with the receipt. The first pic is Subway's own display of what a sandwich should look like. I asked the lady about the sandwich she basically just blew me off. I thought it was just growing pains because it was a new store.Tonight was the last straw and the reason why I'm writing this post. Since these 4 times, I've learned that they just don't care at this sotre. I've had a different person serve me every time. I was hoping for something better for our community. My order was at 6:39 I'm fixing to hit the post at 7:32. The only reason why it took me this long to write this review. I had to go to Subway and write a review there with the receipt numbers.

Food was great but no masks on anyone but myself. We are under a state mandate to wear them so I feel its important to follow that mandate until other wise told. And the staff well they could have been a bit more professional. Talking is one thing but I literally had to stand there while the girl ringing me out was complaining about the info the other lady gave her about her job. Customer service is everything and while its totally cool to talk but watch what you say and take care of your customers before going on a 5 min rant about your job problems. I seriously almost left my food and said never mind because it was taking her so long, but I was starving.
