I want to leave a positive review as I had a great experience at the drive-thru recently. I was pleasantly surprised because there are usually mistakes during the ordering process, but this time, the staff member taking my order paid attention to the smallest details. This week was our first time at kfc. McDonald's has lost two customers now. Beautiful chicken fillets. Love it! We tried the wrap and the chicken dinner meal 😋

It's our wedding anniversary today and we could have gone out for a slap up steak dinner, but all we wanted was a good old KFC. We ordered a delivery and I chatted with the member of staff and was delighted when our order arrived with a lovely note from the staff congratulating us on our anniversary and a couple of extras included with the order. What a lovely gesture and very well received. Thank you x
