Burger King

My #11 extra tarter sauce…being a Mgr at a high grossing full service restaurant at DTW thank God I knew how to make my own tartar sauce…. With 2 cars in drive thru .. I don’t blame the employees this (so simple) tells me morale is low which means they don’t care &!they’re not happy they’re just throwing things out there Which trickles to management so if you’re not happy in quick service go somewhere that pays more shoot The airport not only pays more they make sure you have transportation for doing the same job because this sandwich right here is completely unacceptable…waisted my cheat day lbvs

Very rude drive thru staff. Every single item in the order was incorrect. (This was not a large order, less than $10 worth of food.) The food we did receive was cold. When you call the store, it goes to the fax. Do we really need a Burger King every 2 miles on Telegraph? How about you close this store and pay the remaining employees at the other (better) stores a living wage?

I only went in for coffee I asked for a small I realized that it was smaller than I anticipated and I changed it to the next size up for the small the service provider was kind enough to just upgrade my coffee without a fee usually they're pretty decent and customer friendly at this Burger King especially in the a.m.

Since the location on Ecorse, Rd in Taylor, MI has been remodeled, the service has improved and has become faster, and our food very rarely is ever wrong. However, the jump in price is horrible! I used to spend about $45-50 for my family of 6 people, but in my recent visits it costed almost $80! I now only go there when my husband wants it and pays for it. I certainly will not be.

Poor quality of food. Tried to call them back at phone number on the receipt a few times. Phone number doesn't work. All it does is ring then goes into that buzzing sounds. Like you dialed a fax machine. I wanted to express my feelings on my order. Poorest quality of food. Its like they gave you food that was cooked up earlier and they passed it off as currently made. Far from it. Ugh!
