Classic Greggs charm right in Sutton! Friendly staff, quick service, and always a solid choice for a warm sausage roll or a sweet treat. Great for a cheap and cheerful bite on the go. Gets busy, but they handle the rush like pros.

Every table needed cleaning. Floor needed a sweep. Bakes i ordered stone cold. Young lady behind the counter was lovely though.

Staff is extremely rude and both hot chocolate and cappuccino tasted like @$$. My wife specifically asked for Vanilla Latte and Carole (rudest of all) said they don't do it when the picture clearly says they serve it. …
This shop' closing time on a Sunday is 6pm. After travelling for 20 minutes I find the shop closed at 5:45!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. We've all worked in shops like greggs at one point and we know that staff like to close earlier. Greggs sutton you can do better!
