Always very very very very busy at lunch times because of the school children who are allowed out and the college kids that are about all day long. The staff do an amazing job packing in all these orders and the service time is brilliant despite the suffocatingly closrophibic crowds that form by the tills and the ketchup/straw/napkin station

The guys on the floor (clearing tables) were on the ball. The one helped a lady with the touch screen and another asked if everything was ok with food/ drinks...and if I needed any sauces. Never been asked that in maccys. 6 stars!!!!

The kitchen staff were totally on it. Really great to watch and so efficient working as a tight team. Expected to wait much longer than we did given how busy, nice work!
