Tim Hortons

First impressions were good but no prices on the donuts. Should've held up the line by asking each price. Yeah a little petty but I never order blind in any restaurant, until today. Surprise, this is the cost for coffee & a few donuts. Surprise, there are better coffee stops around with better food, cleaner tables, staff willing to work. No drive-thru at this location, walk-in only.

Really, if I’m going to get my mobile order 10 minutes AFTER people who arrived AFTER me, why do I want to order via mobile order? Why are you offering mobile order? And 2nd time within 5 visits, this didn’t happen as often with the old store manager. The staffs and the manager looks very chill despite all the people waiting for their order.

So you are advertising the new Cilantro chicken! Looks amazing!! I am sold! I walk into this location of Tim Horton’s at 6:15pm to order it, only to be told the grill is off :( But why?? When do you close?? 9. To turn it back on it’ll take 15-20 mins! Wow! Workers that just don’t want to do their job. Be luck you have a job, smile, do it well. Avoid this location!

This is literally the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in, it takes forever to get your food. There were two people in the restaurant and it took over 5 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. They have no idea how to run this location effectively. I keep going back because it is so close to home but the two other coffee joints nearby are getting more and more of my business. If they read this. Seriously, go see how every other Tims runs their front counter. It's efficient and effective. You guys don't seem to have a clue. No I don't blame the staff as this is clearly a training issue by owner/mgmt.

The worst experience…i work nearby and was on break. staff is not effective. I was second in line and had to wait 10 min so that someone can take order. Nd its not like staff was not there…they were working slowly and chilling. They need to understand alot of people come on there break and need a better experience

This is the Tims I visit the most, while a lot of the experiences weren’t quite pleasant. This time the cup is 3/4 full that it was noticeable when I first grabbed it. Often were the drinks not well stirred, and once they completely forgot the sugar. I understand the location is busy at times but no way should issues occur so often.

Had the Turkey Bacon Club today. The bread was stale and dry, the bacon was as cold as the sliced turkey. Watched the staff person throw the sandwich together without any care or attention. Additionally, the service was very very slow. Had this been my first experience with a Tim Horton’s restaurant, it would be my last.
