Zero star, actually they deserve-10000 stars. Zero customer service. Just few paneer pieces at shahi paneer pizza.and when i called the lady said that this is how we cook from day 1. Stupid, illiterate lady was speaking so rudely. They don’t know the way of dealing with customers. Never waste your money guys.

Ordered two medium specialty pizza for $29.99, picked ut up in twenty minutes and ate it at home a few minutes later. Pizza was hot with a fair amount of toppings on a nice crispy crust. I've ordered from them for a few years and have never had any complaints.

The skip driver brought us the wrong order. I couldn’t contact skip so I called the manager of the Pizza Factory. He was SO nice and remade our order and brought it himself.
It is terrific food at a great price!

Neaver mind sir .. I ask for slices of cheese pizza but pizza factory doesn’t do that . So I ordered small cheese pizza , it was for my boy . Thas way I post it . Please next time don’t burn it . Baby can’t speak.but we know . Other pizza ordered were okey but this cheese pizza was not good . ( sorry for broken language) .

Called to confirm ingredients and the gentleman was very pleasant to talk to. One of the better gluten free crusts. Definitely will be getting from them again in the future

Not bad for a cheap "you get what you pay" pizza joint. Used to be $20 something for a 2 large pizza but now I paid $30 for the same order. A 30% plus increase... wow!!

Pizza factory in Newton was uselly good but ever since they up there prices by $2 more the pizza went down hill. Pizza was shiny, hard trust, and less topping now...very expensive now

If I could go no stars I would- ordered off of Skip the dishes -The Cheese pizza was awful- not cooked and dragging cheese and burnt in other areas- my child and I couldn't even look at it let alone eat it. Tried a few bites of a slice and couldn't do it. The whole pizza in the garbage. Just terrible. How can one mess up a cheese pizza!
