The food was excellent!! But the management could be better, also who knows when they truly open? The sign says open but there closed.. online says there open but again closed..... Also had to wait almost 2 hours to get our food. I'm willing to give them another chance. We'll see 🤞

Mavericks is a local watering hole for sunset beach/calabash area. It's a great atmosphere and the people are great to be around. Couldn't ask for better service from the wait staff. Mozzarella sticks are absolutely delicious. You'll have to check the days and hours they are open as it varies.

Would not recommend. Went in there on Saturday night and as soon as we walked up the guy heard my friend associate with another patron, I awesome he was majority owner, said that my friend had too much to drink and that he didn't have to serve him. We just had dinner across the street and walking up a guy on their deck was belligerent yelling at a car that was blaring down the road while the waitress served bottles of white wine and the girls were drinking straight from the bottle. This has 7 witnesses. I would not recommend. I talked to others at the picnic table and they too including the female server as to their displeasure in closing early.

The food wasn't all that good ,overly breaded. I had a garden salad with grilled chicken. Which was 1 chicken tender sliced 5 ways. I sent it back after 2nd bite, biting into something very hard. The manager accused me of eating the chicken off the salad just to send it back. Will never go back!

Good food. Selections were mainly bar food. Service was fine and drinks were cold. Had live music, was a little loud but played a good selection.

Meh. Not the worst, but not the best. We kind of felt like we were an imposition on them. Portion sizes were small and the food was overcooked. We were even there during a slow time and it took awhile for service and food to come out. Not the worst place, by any means, but also not anything to write home about.

After more than 30 min waiting the burguers were just warm and not very tasty. French fries and sweet potato fries were refried and cold. First and last time at this place.

Had a marvelous time doing Karaoke with Lisa Snow. She's there every Wed nite 5 till 8 pm. Food order I took home was very good !!! Jenny..the server was very nice & accommodating !!!
