They have the fastest and most accurate service in the state. I suppose the whiners real complaint is that the food isn't given away for free. That or they've never been to one in a city. SMH go and enjoy it's not a long wait and you'll get what you ordered.

We placed an order via the app and paid for our food. When we got there, we parked and tried to put our parking spot number in which it did not allow us to do. We waited 20 minutes and nothing except watching everyone at the drive through get served. My husband went inside and was told the app went down and so we couldn't get our food or a refund.

Sitting in the drive thru I see an employee, with her hands in her pants(the back) as I am waiting for my food. Disgusting. I drove off. I could care less about the money.

I went through the drive thru. The young lady who took my order was rude. They didn't get my order correct, the rang in what they thought they heard. I corrected them when I reached the window only to be met with more rudeness. Last but not least the food was not good at all.
Everything I ordered tasted old or just had an odd flavor all together seriously even my mocha frappe had an odd flavor. 🤷♀️
