The fries are good but I can't trust anything that was made by hand after today. If people can't trust what your serving then you have no business in the food industry.

I was extremely disappointed when we arrived at Arby's to find all of the employees with their mask down under their chin and not raising them up. We ordered a crispy chicken salad and other food items. When my husband got in the car he checked the food, there was no salad, they made a sandwich of their choice sticking it at the bottom of the bag, he went back into the store and and that's when they said they have no salads.
Very disappointed.

Good for fast food. I enjoy their appetizers such as fries, jalapeño poppers (bronco berry sauce is a MUST), and mozzarella sticks with marinara.

I always get fast and friendly service here. The food is always good and its a good treat for myself once in a while. My order has always been right and the people in drive through have always been friendly.

Terrible customer service, orders are almost wrong. Last and final experience for me was the grubhub order they threw away. Grub hub said that the order would be ready at 225, I arrived at 228 and they said they had not received an order with my name. Grub hub contacted them and they said that they threw it away because no one showed up to get the order. Stay far away from this place. This one restaurant has made me avoid Arby's all together! Update, 04/04/2022. Nothing has changed, still terrible.

Went out of my way to pick up an Uber order and was told they weren’t open yet it’s 2:25 in the afternoon 🙄 was told I had to wait 20 more minutes to get my Uber order because the screen wasn’t up yet…..of course I canceled
