They did mess up our order. They gave us our drinks, but we had to ask for the hash browns and the bagel staffers. If not we would have driven off without them.

OMG I was saved by this location. I drove from Jersey and had not had a hot cup of coffee, this one came in clutch as a parent of a ESU student coffee was hot fresh and 💯 hit the spot at 9AM in the morning after 2.5 hour drive!

I’ve gone to this dunkin two days in a row and had the best experience and the best drinks! The man who made the drinks is friendly and personable and made sure to address mine and my sisters modifications. Yesterday I had a medium iced coffee, and they upgraded me to a large because of the wait time and it was SO good! Today I got a raspberry matcha latte, and it was the best matcha i’ve ever had. despite living in east stroudsburg, I’ll definitely be going to this location from now on :)

pretty much EVERYTIME we go to a DUNKIN we stop at daily we have to speak to someone to complete an order. I am seriously thinking ot going to WaWa daily instead because there is less hassle to deal with. OK When Dunkin wakes up

I asked for regular tea instead I got hibiscus tea. Went inside to change it and the lady knew I got the wrong tea.
So my question was why did you let that tea leave the store. Top quality workers cease to exist.

St Patrick's Day Parade in Stroudsburg, after braving the elements and the four hours of fun, we decided to walk to DD to order some specialty coffees and a half dozen of donuts. Two Carmel Macchiato lattes ($3) and $8.99 for partially stale donuts. The line to enter was 20 people long out the front door and no bathroom facilities. Special kudos to ALL staff who worked hard to make the food and drinks so the people were shuffled through at a faster pace.
Did enter Starbucks after DD visit to use bathroom; great to see a spacious dining area with ample tables & chairs to enjoy their fare and place for customers to commiserate during festivities.
