I used to live in Stoneham back in the day and I miss it. I was here on business a couple of days ago and we stopped into this Dunkin's here on Montvale Ave. It's a very clean environment and the staff are friendly. Not to mention the cup of coffee was delicious.

Big Shout out to the young lady working at this Dunkin on Montvale Ave in Stoneham, totally by herself this morning. She maintained her composure, was polite and handled herself and the customers with efficiency. I was very impressed and the owner of this Dunkins should be eternally grateful to her. I do have to say that the owner of this business should be ashamed of himself. No employee should be put into this type situation. I hope you realize what you have in this outstanding young lady. 1/8/2022

Nice and easy quick trip in Stoneham. Good parking lot size and roomy inside. Was clean and had fast service!

Very busy, very short staffed, didn't get the order of 2 regular iced coffees right.

Service was average. Wasn't slow and wasn't fast. Coffee and food items were good and fresh. Will be back.

Just walked in today. Saw trash overflowing. Ok, gross but no big deal. An uninviting young employee took my order, starting with "sup."
Same employee abruptly left after taking my order and giving me my food and started vomiting in the parking lot.
What a disgusting experience. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

Matching another comment, this store had ONE employee running the whole store about 3 weeks back. I was told to "call corporate" (which is in Canton, MA, the call center is based out of the Dominican Republic. After two weeks, the franchisee called me back and basically said yeah, they don't have enough employees. No compensation for lost time calling or botched orders.
