When ordering, the person I was speaking to had very rude manners and I was barely able to speak. He had even yelled at me and asked “ what’s wrong with you give me a second”. As a former employee of fast food I know good customer service is very important and that’s something they did not have at all.

The staff was extremely friendly with kids and ice cream was as good as all BR. The place was clean and tidy. Nice place to stop by with kids and fyi it has dunkins in same place so if there is lot of choice.

A little hard to get in and out of this location, but just as good as any other. Staff was nice, place was clean. Sat inside and finished the milkshake. I go to Baskin-Robbins for milkshakes because it isn't a malt or other weird ingredients. Just milk and ice cream blended. Tastes great.

I brought my family tonight for ice cream. We usually stop by here and get iced coffee no problem. Well tonight a male employee working the window gave me the wrong flavor.....when I corrected him( used to work there) he insisted that I take the wrong flavor. It had also been sotting on the counter for a whil . All in all it was. a bad experience and honestly Never am I gonna spend another penny here.

Stopped here to get my kids an ice cream cone, and wow! They use real icecream scoop for the ice cream unlike all the other fast food chains that use that machine with the slimy icecream. Really really delicious, will not be stopping any where else for ice cream cones! Also the drive through was very fast.

I love this place. The service is fast and the people are friendly. On the 31st of every other month, the scoops are only $1.33 a piece; that's a steal.
The chocolate ice cream as well as the butter pecan are awesome as usual.
