Free parking, this place seems also have some bundle such as $10 for soda+spring roll+soup. Not sure if it is a daily thing.
Place is like average pho places, I ordered the pho and grill pork.
Pho was ok grill pork rice dish is great. Meat was juicy and tender so as other side dishes.
Napkin is a great! It is not some cheap stuff compare to other pho places.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The food is so good and always leaves me craving for more. This is a great place to take your family to. I recommend this restaurant so much it’s the best.

Delicious, fair priced, and fresh. What else could you ask for? Nice selection of dishes, friendly and nice ambiance in the dinning room. A must try if you are in Sterling.

Have not had a bad meal at Pho Ever. Pho is delicious. Grilled chicken and rice dish is tasty as well as the grilled pork chop dish. Great lunch specials.

The food is better than the service. I had Spicy Lemongrass Tofu in the Vegetarian section of the menu, #53. The waiter recommended it. The tofu was delicious, very well seasoned, each piece in a crispy shell. It was served with rice. No sauce, really, and no veggies -- just a few pieces of carrot and onion. It was dry. Not what I was hoping for when I asked for their best veggie dish. After he served the dish, he he did not come back except to bring the check. No opportunity to ask for a side of veggies or sauce.

Wasn't expecting much, but the pho was definitely on the better end of the spectrum. The chicken fried rice is amazing, and all of the portions were large.
The service was lacking a lot, but acceptable in light of everything else
