Dunkin'

I went there to get a coffee and advocado toast and got burnt coffee not made the way I asked and a slice of untoasted bread with a small amount of advocado like they're running out and didn't have enough for the untoasted slice of bread I got. Now back to work with a headache and empty stomach bcuz I didn't have extra time or money to waste to get something else.

Favorite dunkin by far and I’ve been to all Dunkin’s in the district . Dolly was great with me she was very fast with my order and was patient. When I was looking over the menu she didn’t roll her eyes or tap her feet. The employees here are great people!! Definitely recommend higher pay for how hard they work when the line is out the door !!

I go to this location almost everyday because of convenience. I have tried to explained on several occasions, how awful it is to get incorrect food or drink items, you would think they would come up with a better communication plan with their team. Check the orders!!! Slow down and listen to your customers. Get a toaster that actually toasts the sourdough bread.

When I ordered through Uber Eats, they messed up my drink when I called ahead after ordering again the lady who answered {never caught her name sadly}, apologized and said she would make it herself this time. She said she'd give me a free donut and ended up giving me two. I thought that was nice I didn't expect them to give me anything free I just figured someone new made my drink so I just wanted to let them know that person might've been trained wrong. I work in fast food so maybe just me being nice about it meant something.

I love Dunkin! I would give 5 stars if they would get my order right at least half the time. I order Almond milk in my coffee and I always say extra. But they literally put a splash of it in my coffee. They also charge me extra which is fine but than u put the tiniest bit in. I go home and have to add my own. Honesty if it wasn't for that.....😑
