9 times out of 10 the coffee is made wrong, burnt, or is old. Customer service is terrible most of the time. Very rarely are the workers friendly. No professionalism at all. They will talk about you while you’re there, like you can’t hear them. And I say this based off of going there for a very long time

As of 03/26/2022 there is a massive crater pot hole in the drive thru 694 Page Blvd Springfield Mass. I talked to the staff and they say the owner knows about it but just doesnt care. I'm serious. It is huge. At least fill it in with a bucket of sand if your that cheap to care about your customers cars.

Be very careful buying donuts at this location. I bought one dozen donuts on two separate occasions and the donuts came with bite impressions on them.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to the Dunkin id1878 donuts condone it, walked inside not one person addressed that I was inside. Not even a hello, but 2 people looked in my direction.
