Spent $35 today and technically got 12 soft tacos with barely any meat in them but tons of lettuce and tomato. Makes no sense. I don’t recall ordering a vegetarian soft taco. Even the chicken quesadilla had hardly any chicken in it.

Its a taco bell. Nothing too special and not horrible but its a taco bell in springfield. If you know, you know. Not the greatest area, hit or miss in regards to service. Used to be a dunkin a few years ago but we'll see how long this place stays here.

This place is HORRIBLE! There was food all over the floor in the kitchen and the food prep area was disgusting. The bathroom was so bad that I asked for some cleaning spray to clean the toilet MYSELF and they mumbled to the other employees, "he properly did it). That being said, the employees were very rude and unprofessional. They didn't have any Pepsi in the soda fountain and no cup carries for my to go order. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Went to taco bell on breckwood bvld...Shondell took my order...He was a sweetheart..extremely professional..got my order in a timely fashion..loved the service with a smile...he's a great asset to this company! Most of the people there are awesome!!

Had a large order this day where it totaled $50 or $60. There were a couple mistakes with the order but overall the food tasted good.

They didn't have blue and white freeze. But they make sure i was satisfied with what they had. Small mistake they fix at the moment.

I appreciate that they make me a double decker supreme... Although some genius decided to take it off the menu years ago, it truly is my favorite dish ( only dish I eat if I'm being totally honest), so for the staff to humor this old Lady is a treat!!! Thank you!!!! Very clean also, I like that!!!
