My first time coming here was good however my second time which was today was not. I ordered a black and blue sandwich and requested for some additional toppings. I did not request for bacon ,but it was on my sandwich. This very upsetting as I do not eat pork. If the food handlers may be more careful and vigilant I would greatly appreciate it. I understand mistakes do happen and will not make this one bad experience deter me from ever coming here again. Thank you.

Ever since my son and I first had a meal here. Its been a set memory. its amazing that food can connect with you in that way. But Hot Table is doing something special. great food, quality ingredients, a helpful staff. YUM

I was extremely impressed with this fast food chain. Got the steak and cheese panini and loved it.

The service was excellent! Everyone was so friendly! We went as a group of about 8 and had never been before but they were so happy to help us and explain the menu and were more than happy to make substitutions. The panini itself was amazing as well! Perfect lunch!

The “medium” was HUGE(enough for two people). Can’t imagine how big the large is. Everything was perfect! Delicious, fresh ingredients. The bread was just right in everything, from the crust and the crumb, down to being toasted to the exact second of perfection. The Caprese was great and hit the spot, but I wish I would of gotten the Cubana like my friend. It was mouth watering. The homemade Raspberry Lemonade was some of the better lemonade I’ve had from a restaurant. It wasn’t super sweet or tart, but nicely balanced. I wish we had some locations in Richmond, Va. It would be a nice alternative to that overrated bread company with over-toasted sandwiches that end up rock hard.

I have been to Hot Tables many times but this was the worst. First the girl that made my sandwich put it on the grill and keep staring hard at me for some reason (witch made me uncomfortable) instead of watching my sandwich. I even smiled and said hi to her but she said nothing to me, i thought she is supposed to ask if I wanted it like it was described or do i want to add anything but she didn't. So the sandwich was dark and hard so they made me a new one. This one was under done. I also bought a cup of mac and cheese which had hair in it. it was so disgusting finding a hair in my food!! I will not be returning. I don't even want to give one star because I paid almost $15 for a lunch that I had throw in the garbage but I have to or I cant post.

A beautiful restaurant and satellite of the Hot Table brand. Like other Hot Tables I've attended there is a consistancy in the food and customer service. The atmosphere is a must go to for just about any crowd of people.

As a DoorDasher, this place was a nightmare to deal with. Took them 45minutes to complete the order. People and Dashers coming in after me all leaving with their orders before me. Money and time lost while trying to deliver from them.
