They do not have anchovy at this store but they do have green Olive's now..
Quality of food is improved since last visit..
Service was good, pizza was excellent as chain Pizza goes...
Still wish they had anchovy but all in all this was an enjoyable experience.

I placed a online order and came 10 mins later so it would be available for sure only to get there and received a partial order. I had to turn around with 2 kids in the car to pick up my chicken that they forgot to give me. Inconvenience is a huge issue with me, how do you mess up a online order? Gas is high asl to have to return back and no incentive to me as a customer. Next time forget to charge me since you making mistakes!!

Quality and taste keep me coming back to this Pizza Hut (Sangamon Ave, Springfield, IL). The staff are friendly and make the visit welcoming every time.

out of town in here for work and called to order a pizza instead of trying to help me make sure the address was correct he busted out laughing at me and stated he was from springfield so he wasnt gonna help me.. worst service ever , went somewhere else of course but seriously have respect.

The website is user friendly but I paid extra for extra cheese on 2 of 3 pizzas but there was barely cheese at all on those two and there was at least 2 inches of crust at top of each slice. The cookie was burnt on only half of the bottom. We do not order pizza often and this was disappointing.

First time at the Sangomon location . Omg there pizzas was made just way I ordered and was so very good. Young man that delivered my pizzas was very fast and so respectful . Wish I got his name so I could tell you. Very good pizza hut .

I gave a strongly agree rating for the pizza I received but then a lesser rating for overall pizzahut experience.. I am really disappointed because I had points that were enough to get a medium pizza and when I went to use them they were EXPIRED! I never got a message saying my points were expiring.. if I had I would have used them.. What a waste! Why do they expire anyway if you EARN them by spending money with pizzahut?

HORRIBLE!!!!! First I ordered a pepperoni pizza, they gave me a cheese pizza. Then went all the way back up there for them to claim they were out of hand tossed pizza! This isn’t even the first time I had horrible experience. I order the big box one time and they didn’t even cut the bread sticks up, or the cinnamon sticks. Just have 1 big block of each. The quality of service at this place is terrible and I will never order from here again.
