After 2 trips, salad is still not right, coming back for a refund. Wrong chicken and salad is brown. Tried to call. Phone has been off the hook for an hour.

Employee Erayaena was very very rude and abusing customer. Simply arguing and the manager did not say a word and supported this person named Erayaena (from the receipt). Very poor customer service

We tried Arby's after almost a twenty year break and I must say I was pleased. I would put it on a Culver's level as far as price and quality, more fresh than McDonald's or Burger King. I loved I could order a Diet Dr. Pepper with my classic Chicken Sandwich and seasoned Curly Fries. My husband had the French Dip and liked it but would have liked the roll more toasted.

Came back, got there early for my mobile order and the employees were working hard. I would go out of my way to come here. Also, you mozzarella sticks are so good and the bronco berry goes so well with the poppers. ¹+
