Staying 1 night at a nearby hotel I decided to search out some bbq food. The 2 front of house staff were super friendly and attentive, and definitely added a star to my rating of the restaurant.
I chose the 2 meat combo platter, opting for ribs and burnt ends, with macaroni cheese and fried okra. The burnt ends and okra were great, the ribs however needed more cooking, and the mac and cheese wasn't that cheesy. Portion wise, there was a substantial amount, more than enough for my appetite.

The wings were actually pretty good this time! The potato salad is the thing that keeps me coming back. I was there around 7 pm on a Wednesday and there was only one other table the entire time. Everything was still fresh and the servers were attentive. Make sure you try the smoked chicken and the potato salad, if nothing else!

First time in this place, Lovely atmosphere inside and food was awesome, I had the 1/3 cheeseburger my wife had the burnt ends with Okra and Slaw (pic included)

Bubba's BBQ was excellent! I had my fave, the Burnt Ends.
Actually my wife and I had the pick 4 meats and two sides meal.
Burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork and ham
Sides were fried corn on the cob and fried Okra.
All were superb! Great service, great food, the place was clean, food hot and fast.
Would recommend and certainly will return!

Had the burnt end dinner, the burnt ends had good flavor but a bit dryer then I like, mac and cheese could of been better, the potato salad was OK, but where it got better was the hamburger my husband had he said it was one of the bests around and he enjoyed the fries too. The pulled pork nachos where delicious and hit the spot, and the fried pies where on point! We will be back !

The girls working were really nice and sweet. That was the best part of the experience. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. I've definitely had worse, but I've also definitely had better. The worst part for me, though, were the flies. I realize that it's hard to control completely, but when I spend more time waving bugs away from my food than actually eating my food, there's a problem.

Not great, Bubba…
Service was good but food was not. Disappointing BBQ Restaurant. I went to Bubbas BBQ in Springfield MO. Locals said it was good so I went to give it a try. Needless to say, the locals don’t know $?!t about good ribs. No smoke and tasted boiled and baked. The most pathetic excuse for Mac and cheese I have ever tasted, Kraft is better than that, seriously. The beans came from a can with some chunks of brisket in them. My friend had the burnt ends and was not impressed either. At least they had a good sauce… would not go back.
