As a home coffee roaster and espresso aficionado im quite picky on my espresso. Though my wife loves the chai latte. We all have different tastes. Its hard to explain unless you are into specialty grade beans, roasting at home and espresso. Though ill occasionally drink a drip at Starbucks

This Starbucks is the best one around. They have a drive thru, and are attentive to their orders including online orders. Each time I go to their drive thru, they get the order good. Thanks you all, great customer service. I went inside th other day and the inside is clean and the restroom too. Amazing place and good food and drinks

Awesome Starbucks! They messed up my drive thru order. Asked for an ice triple shot espresso but they gave me an iced chai latte. Drove like 15 mins to another destination to drop off and then back 15 mins after finding out it was the wrong order. Ordered another one and was going to pay for the right order but They gave me the correct order instead free of charge even though I didn’t bring back the drink (the person who delivered said it was ok) but I insisted going back to get the right drink since the person needed coffee not chai latte. Kudos to a great place for doing the right thing

I visit this Starbucks with my pup 1-2 times a month to treat him to a pup cup! I have to say, this Starbucks has the friendliest drive-thru and the employees are all so sweet! They were out of pup cups one time and saw the sad boy puppy face on my dog and gave him blueberries instead :) Thank you for being so friendly and kind!

Typical Starbucks located in Saratoga Shopping Center. It has its own building, with a drive-thru, and isn't located in the Giant grocery store.
They seem to run out of things quite frequently. So don't expect the full menu.
They also have outside seating, but oddly do not provide an outside trash can, which leads to litter around. the area during the warmer months.
Other than that it is clean and well kept.

I was exposed to Covid last weekend and my birthday was on Thursday. I came here to ask at the drive thru instead of going into the store if I could order my birthday drink and they said no. Grinches.
Still in the drive thru because the line is horrendous.
At the window I tried to get the name of the lady who told me I can’t have my birthday drink and instead the manager took my order! 🥳
Thank you, rolling road Starbucks team! (Except the girl that told me I waited in line for nothing and that I can’t have my drink)… it would maybe have otherwise been a 5 star review

This morning, I appreciated the customer service I received. I had order a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I needed to wait because my sandwich was not ready. The staff asked me to pull to the side and he'd bring it out, he brought my sandwich out along with a complimentary sandwich and was very pleasant.

I'm stopping by yet another Starbucks today.
This one is especially good, nice friendly service, and quick preparation of my order.
I tried 2 new to me items, one the cashier Ryan suggested his own creation: salted pumpkin cold brew and from their main menu a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. Both were delicious!

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place.
This location gets 5 stars for my nitro cold brew drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)
The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Just have to saw WOW - everyone working was super nice and each one said hello. Not as a big group thing either, it was personal and they meant the greeting. Just wow.
The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day.

This place is awesome! George, Danielle, Armando, and Rosa are the best morning staff by far. This place is always filled with laughter, and good vibes. Service is great, they try to burn through the orders as quick and proficiently as possible when the store is packed. Phenomenal Service 👌🙌
