Was in town for Yuletide, and grabbed food after, on Dec 16th 2023. We had Courtney take care of us. He was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond. Best experience I've had at any Applebee's.

4 full size baby back ribs mashed potatoes and broccoli , everything was good. Not sure the total for one person , but it was worth the price , parking was good and the people were awesome very kind

Food was a bit greasy (quesadilla burger), but tasty. Table was sticky 🤢. Charged extra to substitute onion rings instead of fries and only got 5 onion rings 😳. Music not family friendly (for young kids). $40 for 2 people. Way too expensive to be a repeat diner.

We love Alvin as well as the male bartender/server sorry I don't know his name but they both are amazing!! We frequent so much, they know our drink order from the start. We usually change our food items so they don't have the chance to learn that lol but love them! And of course the perfect margaritas and food is good too!😁 But good service is everything!

Susan was my server she gave me excellent service , she suggested better choices. I didn’t have to wait on a refill, or to go containers. I will definitely come back to the springboro store just to see her the food was hot as well. Thank you Applebees.

I recently ate here with a friend and will definitely return because the service was outstanding! Our servers name was Susan and her professionalism was outstanding! We will always request her when eating here!

Very good, very quick. Awesome service. Best Applebees i’ve been too since moving to Ohio. I think our waitresses name was Kenzie she was amazing. Very friendly. Will be back!

Food and service was great. Alvin was prompt, attentive, and friendly. I would gladly give this Applebee’s five stars, but there was a slight sewage smell originating in the men’s bathroom that makes it to the front door

Our first time here and had a great experience. We came from West Carrollton looking to move to a better area, and Springboro/Franklin area is definitely delivering on our expectations. Almost everyone has been kind, and this particular Applebees was great. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly!

Makenzi took care of us two days in a row! She was awesome! Food was very good. We Ordered double shots at the bar while waiting to be seated but only got singles. When I asked about it I was assured the shots were doubles. If they are, then the doubles are 1 ounce and the singles are 1/2. In spite of this Makenzi made our visits extremely memorable. She was awesome and very professional. She is why I won’t deduct stars. I recommend eating here whenever you can.
