Burgers are okay, just what you'd expect from a fast food place. The spicy chicken nuggets are way too oily and not even spicy.

Takes forever for an order not enough cooks. People just standing around, no organization whatsoever, getting orders wrong. No common ingredients like lettuce.

Big K burger was great but I put it in my toaster oven, along with my onion rings to make it warmer, after my drive home. Onion rings could have used more time so they were ok. I only saw 1 lady there and she was nice.

Ok maybe it was timing but everything I ordered was hot and fresh 09/23/2022 noon and beautiful sister at the window was a 10 on customer service. I read reviews after I ordered. My moment with this Burger King was awesome….

I stopped at this location to pick up lunch and as soon as I got to the drive through speaker I was greeted by this very nice and sweet voice, "Welcome to Burger King, can I take your order please?" I put in my order and drove up to the window and was once again greeted with the same courtesy. I paid for my order and waited approximately 3 minutes before I got my food. I drove off and got to my destination and the food was hot, well put together, as ordered, ketchup and honey mustard, and the fries were spot on. The person that was at the window register was extremely nice, Asia is her name. I looked up the reviews on this store AFTER I stopped and before my review and noticed a lot of 1 star reviews and I hope this is the beginning of a new and improved management on duty. I plan on coming back again, soon. Oh yeah, the dining room is still closed.

I love Burger King's hamburgers. We had to wait a good while because the manager was training a whole new crew. But they did good and we got our food and took it home.

The dining area was clean. The customer service was average and the food came out at a reasonable time frame. Food wasn't too hot or cold and was prepared well. Overall it's a good Burger King.
