This is a very authentic East Coast style sub shop. It’s been on Division Street as long as I can remember. Fresh baked bread and high quality meats . They make it extremely fast. Amazing subs .

Stopped in because my son-in-law recommended them.
It's not fancy, but dang do they make good sandwiches. The bread is amazing.

EXCELLENT!! I've been looking for a great sub in Spokane since we moved up here many moons ago. This place is so legit. Their bread was literally the best we've ever had. Perfect crust but light and fluffy inside. We got the #1 and a #17. The full is huge. We took half home and ate it later. The staff was pleasant, proud of their product and quick. Love these subs! I'm partial to the turkey-bacon-avocado, but even if I tried something else, the bread is so delicious by itself that it wouldn't even matter that the innards weren't my preference. I order from here at least once a week. Lol. ALWAYS delicious.

Omg!!!!! So...so.... good. Why have I waited this long to order from here?🤦♀️ So delicious and the bread was fresh and my sub sammie was packed with meat and cheese and all the fixings🤤🤤🤤 I can't wait to try all the sandwhiches!!!! Today I got the ham, turkey and roast beef!!!!

Four stars for a dang good no frills sub! Classic toppings of oil, onion, tomato, lettuce, pepper with your choice of meat and cheese. I will say that the inside is pretty lacking in terms of cleanliness.

We will be going back! I can’t believe we have lived in Spokane for over twenty years and this is the first time eating at Subdivision. I placed my order online for pick up with special requests. I arrived five minutes later (we literally live a couple miles away) and our order was almost done. The sandwiches were exactly as ordered. It is a small shop with a little parking lot, so I see how a lot of people miss it, but the Subs are so good. We didn’t have to get extra meat to be able to tell that there was meat on the sandwich. The bread was fresh. This is a locally owned small business that still knows how to make a sandwich. This is our new family favorite for sandwiches and we will be going back.
