Sunshine

First thing to note....... I am spoilt! I live in Newark, and we have around 10 cafés in a 3 mile radius that do really good coffee and really good food. We went on a jaunt on the bike and ended up in Spalding, where I haven't been since working there over 30 years ago. Spalding centre looks pretty good vs a lot of other market towns I've seen over the last few depressed years! The americano coffee was excellent. Much better than expected, and very good regardless of price. The bacon, sausage & egg bap was tasty and very good value for money. Service was quick and polite. We were able to sit outside, so we had a nice view of the centre and towards the river. Thoroughly recommended for a place to get some good honest food at a decent price.
