This day the employee's there did a great job trying to remain calm and steady when they were slammed with customers due to Panda next door unexpectedly closing for the day. They did well as a team and remained friendly with their customers. I would have give five stars for that, yet really the wait was sooo long.😉

Horrible customer service and had barely any toppings or bread. The women working there have a terrible attitude like you’re putting them out by ordering a sandwich. Somehow they get the order wrong and mislabeled the sandwiches. They put things on the sandwich I didn’t ask for and I was too annoyed to ask them to make it again. By far the worst Subway I have ever been too.

The worst foot longs. Extra skimping On the lettice, peprochines & more. The worker was not at all receptive to what I ordered. One worker put the meat on and left the remainder to a person was just there... She didn't even ask what bread I wanted for the second sandwich. No response when I questioned her. No thank you when I left. When I return to Capitola subway I will not give her the time of day. She needs walking papers. I was very unhappy.

They did not have bread The lady behind the counter acted like she was stressed out and rude to everyone and it was only 2 people working and they were running out of food it took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches

Nice place, plenty of parking. Big Safeway with a pharmacy staffed with nice people who give Covid vaccines. That is about I know about this place.

Why put a telephone number when nobody will answer! Got my pick up time wrong on the online order and I kept calling to change it but nobody answers and they say they are open at 8 am
