The drive through folks were happy and friendly. They seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was refreshing.

The staff in general is really good, for the price their breakfast is really good. Overall I give it a 5+ because of the service,price and location. On a serious note, who would have figured that Jack's restaurant in Somerville would last this long and be this popular and there is no sign of slowing down. They are busy most of the time and they are like a the Energizer Bunny.

I've only eaten there once the food was good but the new hot chicken sandwich is not not hot. If you're expecting a real hot chicken sandwich don't get this one.

Jack's has great food. I just ate I have to drive either 20 miles from Huntsville to get jacks from south Huntsville or I stop on my way back from Birmingham
