Panera Bread

One thing I notice about this location compared to some others close by is the bagels always seem to be fresh. Never had a hard old tasting bagel from here. Same with the soups. Usually my order isn't ready when I get there BUT I'd rather have to wait a couple minutes but get fresh food, than be able to get my food on time but is stale and old tasting. 👍🏿

The service was horrible. I pulled through the drive though just before closing. I accepted the fact that the ovens were shut down 10 minutes before closing. But... to charge me $6 for 2 brownies because you couldn't comprehend I was ordering them because I believed they were 99 cents was ridiculous. The worker didn't give me the total but gave me the change back. I had to go back through the drive through to get someone to answer me. Will never go to another panera again!!!!

While the people were very nice and I'm sure understaffed and overworked it has become a regular occurrence for them to forget key pieces of our online order (bowl of soup, whole sandwich, etc.). Today the kicker was when my Turkey Avocado BLT had no turkey in it. This I blame on management. I would sure hope this is a temporary speed bump because if it's not Panera is not long for this world. Be cautious with online orders and delivery. With so many other options out there it will be long time before we consider Panera in Solon again, if ever.

This is a VERY dirty facility, always. Noreen is a wonderful worker, but everyone else is a disaster. Rude, gross, slow, shouting profanities. Corporate seriously needs to get involved as it IS that bad. Terrible and I would seriously recommend that you find a different Panera location if that’s what you’re craving….

Ordered the New Teriyaki chicken and Broccoli Bowl and it is nothing like the photo on the app. Was shocked that there was hardly any broccoli, completely misleading. Called to complain and spoke to the manager who was rude and sounded like she was 18. Didn’t apologize, just explained that everything is pre packaged for portion control and they just heat it up. She then passed me off to someone else who didn’t even introduce themselves. I asked who I was speaking to and she said she was the GM and sounded like she wasn’t much older than the manager. She asked what she could do to help and I asked for a credit or refund just for my bowl, not the entire order. She said I had to return it, that’s their policy. I was at home already and I wasn’t going back out. Since there was nothing else she could do I let her know I wouldn’t be ordering there again and she said ok and goodbye. I have never had a problem with Panera before. We go there all the time. But they need to get their management back on track because this was a horrible experience. And no, I didn’t eat anything from that bowl when I took the picture. Compare it to the app photo and you will see what I mean.
