Whataburger

We love Whataburger, but this visit was not good at all. First off, we waited longer than we should have for our food. When we ordered there weren’t any fries in the bin so I thought, good, mine will be fresh. Nothing worse than cold stale fries. I saw the girl put the fries under the light, but still no food. The fries just sat there getting colder and colder. I was hoping those were not going on my tray. Finally I went up to get my order. Our tray was sitting there with all of the food on it except the fries. I asked what the hold up was and told them my fries were just getting colder and colder. The girl said she just pulled them, which was not true because I watched her do it. She kind of shoved the tray at me. I ate couple fries, they were lukewarm, the girl was gone so I told a guy to tell her that my fries were cold and he just looked at me. I took the tray back to our table, not wanting to cause a big scene. When we got into our food, we noticed that the gravy was like milk. It just sort of splashed over the biscuit. The visit was just unpleasant. We were very disappointed.

6:00 am I pull up to the front of the store to go in and use the restroom and was going to grab breakfast. doors were still locked and I grabbed my phone to see the website on the times. they open at 5:00 it says, but apparently not this one. the "kids" running it looked at my all crazy when I said through the door it's says 5:00 he just shrugged his shoulders and turned around and walked off. WOW. !! great customer service.

This was just a casual place to come eat while waiting for the star wars movie to start, right off the bat I noticed their soda machine was excessively filled with ice. After tasting the root beer I understood it was mostly carbonation. Although after acquiring my meal I was filled to the brim after one burger and halfway through eating it the ice problem was resolved
