Worst dunkin ive been to today at about 955 10 pm couldn't get a simple coffe order right i get charged for 4 lattes which i did order and they give me ice coffee and say the latte machine broke dint even mark my coffee thinking i wouldn't notice smh the worst

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. Sat in the drive through lane at 7am prime coffee/breakfast time before work. I sat in the line for 15 minutes before I was even asked for an order and two cars pulled off in front of me. Finally I got my order and sat for another 5 minutes and finally I had to leave without my order to get to work on time. It wasn’t that even busy inside either. I’ve been inside and turned down before. Horribly understaffed.

This dunkins is great. I mean look at my Latte...need I say more? Seriously, they are friendly and fast. I go in often and most already know what I want. They don't have to remember anyone's order, but they do. That shows a level of commitment they have to their job, themselves, and their customers.

The worse one ever the employees well most of them are rude I know i worked at this one and when i keft it hasnt been the same all the regulars basically left and go to others there is one employee there who is really nice in the mornings but one girl is nasty I refuse to.go to.this location I go to others

Slowest most inconsistent dunkin. If it wasnt so close to my house I wouldn't bother. Typing this while stuck in the drive through for ten minutes....yet again. Don't worry guys gives you time to review! Also staff is very open that the owner treats them like garbage so not surprised.

Ordered a dozen doughnuts and when i got to the window the girl had six doughnuts and charged me 5.99. I then told her for the third time I ordered a dozen. She then asked another person in there for six more doughnuts and charged me another 8.49. I realized it happened and she called another worker to the register for which he pretended to ring in 2.19.He said all set but I knew something was wrong becuz she didnt give me my two receipts. when I called the bank to check they took 8 49 and 5.99. Dont go there if your smart.
