Excellent food with outstanding service The chips and spinach dip was a fantastic starter. The oriental chicken salad was on target served fresh. The hamburger and fries that my aunt got was terrific. The service was excellent in spite of the restaurant being completely packed and on a 45 minute wait

I went in for a job interview... The employee's and manger were super nice while I was there and super excited to be able to for the amazing people and this amazing place where they truly do sell fresh cooked to order food. I saw it myself. This experience can only make a huge positive impact on my life as I struggle daily to fed myself, I know I no longer have to worry about and it give me so much peace and eases my mind tremendously.... This restaurant handled two sudden parties totaling 25 people plus several other couples coming in at same time really well. Our server DJ was super professional, cheerful, polite, just excellent. Our orders came out quickly and food was good. Was about to give up on Applebee’s because other locations we’ve been to lately were terrible. This one in Simpsonville kept us as customers. We’ll be back and hope we get DJ for our server!

Meh. The vibe in the dining room was off🤔. Staff x 3 were sitting at the door when we walked in and didn't greet us, just looked at me until I asked if they were serving in the DR😶. One finally spoke asking if I wanted to sit at the bar, I replied no🤨. Then none of the 3 wanted to seat us until they had their private dialogue to decide who would had the shortest straw🙄. The first booth was dirty. Apparently the restaurant is trying to do away with hand held menus, using digital format on a guests smartphone👎. I ordered a non alcoholic Heineken and was brought a 5% that I didn't realize until after having drank out of it 🤬. The food was unremarkable😑. The electronic ticket was not our food order🧐. Nothing about this visit makes me inclined to return🤦🏼‍♀️.

My food was so greasy that it would clog up my arteries. And my granddaughters was to. The waitress asked what was wrong. I tried to tell them it was okay but he kept insisting so the manager came over there and I just had to tell her what was the problem. That was the worst experience that I've had since I've been going to Applebee's. And yes I will still go back again. I also will make sure to tell them not to have so much grease in my food.
