The restaurant was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I did have a hard time understanding what the cashier was saying because she had a mask on.

I walk in and notice that none of the employees are wearing gloves including the cook. I asked if they are still required to wear them knowing obviously you have to for food service, and the the man was telling me “yes they do but he just washed his hands” but also points to the only person wearing gloves that is cleaning in the dining area? This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed it but cmon lol.

Its Panda, they let the chain take over. Not real Chinese food anymore, they sold out and by the way I am not Asian so I'm not biased just going off flavor. Noodles are like dried worms. Sauce not as tasty as your neighborhood mom and pop Chinese owned establishment. Not like Real down home Chinese food like I grew up with in Alhambra CA. Sad that Panda started in Pasadena, I guess their head got too big. CORPORATE!!!!!

Good for the price, good taste and clean fast service

Order online to pickup for 7.30pm. Came in and order not ready. Waiting 20 mins and counting. They seem to be prioritizing in person orders since it is not coupon based and they dont make money on it. Disorganized and shady establishment.

Place was clean and didn't let more than 5 people inside for ordering. There were no instructions on online pickups. Seems to be slow in preparing orders. I received my food twenty minutes late from the actual time the notification said my food was ready. Also noticed lot of people were frustrated due to delay. On one end seems hard to see these folks work through tough time on other end setting wrong expectations causes problem. But thanks to the people who were serving.
