Bad service. Lady gave me dirty looks and stared when I walked in, then I ordered a footling meatball and there were only 6 meatballs left. She tried to just spread them out and add sauce and sell it to me like that. Then I requested the normal amount of meatballs, she had to go get them and cook them. Then the other girl started giving me dirty looks so I left. In town for work, would have gone there twice a day the next month but now I won't

Although Subway is a chain, I've lived in Summit County most of my life. I have never had a better a experience with a sandwich shop. The folks that work this subway are Allstars. The customer service is far above what I have experienced from any local shops around here. It's a rarity in this age to find people that truly care about your experience with them. Kind, caring, invested, thorough and professional, are the words that come to mind to describe these employees. This was not a one time experience eithe, I work in Dillon and me and my co workers frequent this location for lunch, and time after time, you are greeted with a friendly face and prompt, professional service. Couldn't recommend this particular location enough.

I have loved subway my whole life, but this was a horrible experience. When I walked in there was no greeting and had to wait about 5 min for no reason, but that wasn't the bad part. She had bad aditude and spit when she talked. Luckily didn't ask for the guac like I usually do because it seemed more like peanut butter.

I have been a customer of subway for 17 years. This store is by far the very worst one in the company. The employees don't speak English and refuse to fix errors they made, refused to remake my sandwich, only removed the incorrect toppings and sauces and then added new, didn't understand the phrase "italian dressing" and did not know the word "marinara" the food maker appeared to be twitching as if they were going through a drug withdrawal and could barely form words. My business has used subway in the past for catering, birthday parties, etc. And never had a single issue with any of them outside of this location. Extremely dissatisfied, worst food experience I've ever encountered. Will never return to a subway establishment again and I will encourage every single person in my life to do the same. And the businesses my family and I own will never use your services again. You can kiss that goodbye.
